Exchanging an Item

Did you receive the wrong size or color? You can exchange your item at no cost within 30 days of receiving your order. Note: If your purchase was made during the holiday season, you have 60 days to exchange it. For more details, please refer to our Returns section.

How to Exchange an Item 

To initiate an exchange, your item(s) must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Simply email us with your order number and the reasons for the exchange, and let us know the new item(s) you wish to receive.

Please ensure you drop off your package within 14 days of notifying us about the exchange. Use the shipping label provided to avoid any additional charges.

Restrictions 

You can only exchange an item once. If the new item still doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it and opt for a different selection.

Personalized Items 

Items made specifically for you cannot be exchanged. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us.

Limited Items 

Limited items are not eligible for exchange. If they don’t meet your preferences, you may return them within 30 days of receipt and reorder in a different size or color.
