  • Is it possible for me to cancel my order?

    To cancel an online order, simply reach out to us via email, making sure to include your order number and full name. 


    You also have the option to return your product using the complimentary return label included with your order, within 30 days of delivery. For orders made during the holiday promotional period from November 15th - January 10th, a 60-day return window from the date of delivery applies.

  • Are you able to ship internationally?

    We provide international shipping services. However, please be aware that an international delivery fee will be applied, which is non-refundable.

  • Is it necessary for me to set up an account in order to make a purchase from your online store?

    No, an account is not required to place an order. However, creating one can expedite your checkout process since it securely stores your address and payment information for future purchases. Plus, you'll gain access to exclusive offers ahead of the general public.

  • How can I find out if my order has been processed?

    You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order has been successfully placed. After your order has been shipped, you will get a separate email with delivery information, including the tracking number.

  • How do I manage my shopping bag?

    Navigate to the shopping bag icon located in the top right corner of the Jacked Fitness website. Here, you can manage your shopping bag. 

    • To adjust the size of a product, click ‘edit’ underneath the respective item. 
    • To remove a product, hit ‘Delete’ beneath the specific item. 
    • To modify the quantity of a product, click on the product quantity box and choose the desired number of items for your order.
  • What are the options available for selecting various shipping methods?

    As you proceed through the checkout process, a section for shipping methods will become available, allowing you to choose from various options (if applicable). Please keep in mind that the default choice is Standard Shipping, which typically takes around 5-7 business days for delivery of your items.

  • Will I receive updates regarding the status of my order?

  • Will I get a copy of my invoice?

    Yes, you will receive an email that includes your invoice, which will outline your order number, a detailed list of all purchased items, delivery details, total amount, and the payment method utilized. Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipping email with tracking information.   • How can I modify my shipping or billing information after placing my order?

    Regrettably, after an order has been placed, we are unable to modify your billing and/or shipping details. However, you do have the option to request your carrier to redirect your package to a nearby delivery facility. Please reach out to your shipper for available pick-up options in your vicinity.
