Should you find yourself not entirely satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that certain restrictions may apply:
- Some items are marked as final sale and are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. The product page will clearly indicate if an item falls under the final sale category. For instance, clearance items are considered final sale. However, exceptions will be made if the product you received is defective, and you have the legal right to a refund. To initiate this process, please reach out to our customer service team.
- As personalized products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned.
- Based on your return history, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to process your refund via a gift card.
- We also maintain the right to deny resellers access to our returns and refund policy.
- For orders placed during the holiday season (as detailed in our Returns section), you are entitled to a 60-day return window from the date of delivery, provided none of the aforementioned restrictions apply.
Additional Considerations
To expedite the return process, we kindly request that you adhere to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- All components of the product should be included to qualify for returns and exchanges.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Please note that we cannot accept any right of withdrawal for customized and personalized items, as these are created specifically for you. Such items can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.
- Kindly provide a copy of your receipt.
