What payment methods do you accept?

We want to inform you that alternative payment methods are available. However, due to certain limitations of our website, these options may not be displayed. If you prefer to use a different payment method, please contact us. When reaching out, kindly include the products you wish to buy along with your delivery details (name and address), and we will send you a link via our trusted partner Stripe, allowing you to complete your purchase using your chosen payment method.
Do you accept Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay as payment options?
Regrettably, we are unable to accept these payment methods at the moment, but we plan to introduce them in the future.
Is Jacked Fitness willing to match prices?
We present distinctive promotions and sales year-round. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms and conditions. Our dedication lies in delivering high-quality, comfortable, and durable apparel. To maintain these standards, we do not accommodate price matching with similar products available in the market, for past orders, or following the conclusion of any sale or promotion.
When can I expect to be billed for my purchase?
When you place your order using a debit or credit card, we authorize the amount immediately. Upon shipment of your products, we will charge for the product amounts in that shipment, including any applicable sales tax and shipping fees. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will notice separate charges on your credit card or bank statement for each one. Please note that the shipping fee will be charged only once.

What could be the reason my payments aren't processing?
Your payment may not be processing for one of the following reasons:

Do you offer gift cards?
At present, we do not have gift cards available. Nonetheless, we plan to introduce them in the near future.
