Refunds

• If you return an item in good condition or decide to cancel your order, a refund will be granted. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within the designated refund timeline.
• For orders paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued to a new gift card. In cases where an order was partially paid with a gift card, the balance on the gift card will be refunded in full prior to processing the refund to the credit card on file. Please note that the gift card balance can only be refunded to the original gift card.
• With certain exceptions outlined in our Return Policy, refunds will be processed through your original payment method within the specified refund timeline. Please be aware that, in some instances, we reserve the right to issue the refund via a Jacked Fitness gift card. For further details, please refer to our Return Policy.
• We maintain the right to deny resellers the advantages of our returns and refund policy.
